Only invite participants when you have an appropriate basis to do so. Never upload sensitive personal information, passwords or confidential directories. Draws are for friendly, lawful gift exchanges. Countdown pages are public links: do not enter private, confidential or abusive content. Group organisers are responsible for the exchange rules and for confirming participants are willing to take part.

Keep links private; we cannot guarantee that an email reaches every inbox. Gift suggestions and affiliate merchants are separate from the allocation service. This is a starter policy requiring operator details and legal review before launch.
